Great info and very kind and helpful

If you are looking at Robinson & Henry for an HOA matter save yourself the time and frustration and keep looking. I hired R&H to look into an HOA situation. The initial consultation was fine; I was told they would send a demand letter and I would get clarification on a specific legal question I had. After the initial consultation I was assigned a different attorney. From the beginning it was excuses and frustration. He was late to the first meeting; he never reviewed the documents; he charged me for "researching" information I had already given on the share drive but he obviously never looked at. He said he would not charge me for that time; and I was still charged. I'm never going to see that money again. After several weeks of wasting my time and money the attorney said he couldn't be of help. I never got my question answered I never got my money back that I was told I would Demand letter was never sent Read the BBB reviews, this is a very common situation with R&H. Don't waste your time and money here.

Wasted a year of my time and thousands of dollars just to tell me the original contract with my builder won't allow me to take them to court. Now, I'm being billed from the retainer they haven't returned. How is it possible to bill me AFTER they dropped my case? I wish I had read these reviews before going with this form. $3000 seems to be the magic dollar amount they need before telling their clients there is nothing they can do.

They are just a quick cash grab law firm. We reached out to them and did a quick free assessment over the phone and prior to my lawyer reaching out I got 2 calls about leaving a Google review and 3 emails about leaving a google review. The last email I got I told him I would give them a one if I didn’t hear from my lawyer before they attempted to get a review from me again. Paid more than $15,000 for nothing, our new attorneys have made numerous comments about the billing’s and the way our paperwork was done. Also, they will call you 5X a day once you have an invoice due, their policy isn’t net 30 days or net 15 it’s net 30 minutes. I spoke to their billing department more than my attorney. Read the Google reviews, it appears they slow roll you as much as possible to rack up hours on your case, all my attorney did was write a few emails and talk on the phone and we were $10k deep.
