Very nice honest and helpful

Received assistance resolving some of the issues that I had. Overall, communication was ok. Customer service was ok. I wish I felt like they cared about my case a little more.

Not very professional from what I have experienced. I also tried reaching management to speak about my experience and I haven’t received any phone calls or emails in almost a week.

I contacted this firm thru their website and had an "online chat" with a representative. After sharing some very basic information, she said she would check with a supervisor and get back to me. She then called and left a message, asking me to call and set a time for a "case assessment". I called the next day and can't tell you who I spoke with because the person who answered didn't give her name. I found that odd for a professional receptionist/admin assistant, but told her I had been instructed to call and make an appointment. She asked for some details about my case, then proceeded to tell me the fees, including the fact that "all of the attorneys charge over $400 an hour." I asked about the "Your case assessment is free" statement from their website and was told that I had done that with the online chat. This seems very shady and, needless to say, I WILL NOT be using this company or referring anyone else to them.
