Excellent work. Robinson & Henry, P.C., came through for me on a longstanding and complex real estate matter. Counsel was thorough, thoughtful and responsive. Best of all, they went out of their way to suggest legal remedies that avoided litigation. Kudos to counsellor Edmund Robinson who was not only a pleasure to work with but capable of thinking out of the box for successful remedies that did not involve prolonged litigation. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Over $30K for a divorce that lasted 8 months with no custody issues. I worked with Steven Lambert. His communication was terrible. I had to send frustrated correspondence multiple times in order to get information on my own divorce. Twice I was sent incorrect information for virtual status hearings and Mr. Lambert would continue without me. A hearing scheduled for three hours was ended after one hour, and I tried to call Mr. Lambert immediately after with no answer and no return call. Every invoice was filled with "behind the scenes" activity that I was not made aware of at the time and had no opportunity to refuse. I would be charged for communication with the opposing counsel, even after asking Mr. Lambert to cease communication and attempts to settle on specific items. Twice Mr. Lambert missed court deadlines and we received orders to promptly file. I was given bad legal advice on the selling of the marital home which put me in contempt of court. Cierra Garso stepped in at one point and helped me understand what was going on in my case because I could not get the communication I needed from Mr. Lambert. Even after Cierra Garso stepped in, the over billing and poor representation continued. I paid my invoices consistently within 3 days of receiving them. Multiple times I would receive an invoice by email and also receive a call in the same day telling me I had to pay immediately because more charges had come through since the invoice and my retainer would be empty. Come the day of the final orders, my arguments were very poorly represented resulting in financial loss that put me further in debt on top of the over $30,000 billed by Robinson and Henry. Steven Lambert angered the magistrate overseeing my case right off the bat by asking inappropriate questions, giving the opposition the upper hand. Bottom line, I feel I paid extremely excessive rates for the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and was left in a worse position than when I started. The only good things I have to say are that Cierra Garso and my paralegal, Hannah, were very kind and helpful. Otherwise my experience with Robinson and Henry was terrible. I came out of my divorce significantly disadvantaged.
