Consultation was informative. Response was quick.

Incompetent or crooked, I can't tell. I was quoted $3,500 by Joe Lico, Case handed to Max Burkhart, Max asked rookie questions and billing me for his education. I asked, "Are we still at $3500. Max handed the case to Patrick Kennedy. I asked "Are we still at $3500. Patrick said "No". Paper shuffling and me paying for a rookies education. $1,495! I am sure if I had not canceled the work I would have been 10 grand before the work was done. Crooked or incompetent, I can't tell.

It has been almost a month since I left a review for this firm, and about a month that my mother was suppose to get a follow up call from them. Till’ this day my mom has NOT received a follow up call from anybody. I then called because my mother was billed a court fee in August when we had terminated our agreement in July and they couldn’t tell me what it was for. Dan, the accounting specialist, escalated the issue to the right department and we were suppose to get a call within 24 hours, and now it’s been 2 weeks. I would NOT recommend this law firm. Very unprofessional, lack of communication, very good at over charging their clients, and branch of contact for advising my father while hired to be OUR counselor.
