Anastasia Fainberg with the Legacy Law Group assisted our family with the preparation of multiple documents and other legal support over the last year. These included a new Trust, review of an existing trust, interface with a Trust recipient, as well as POAs, Living Wills, Warranty Deeds, et al. Her philosophy of using a fixed fee for specified activities rather than hourly billing for herself and her staff provided us with the best value for the production and delivery of all documents. Her billing rate for extra activities is typically less than we had seen for other lawyers in this field. She is also very knowledgeable in all areas of the law and is willing to provide support or recommendations for other legal assistance. The Trust she provided comes with a review and update every 3 years over our lifetimes and those of our kids who will inherit our estate. She couldn't be any easier to work with and is always very responsive. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with estate documentation and would trust her with any legal assistance that we might need in the future.
