Reading through negative complaints here and I'm wondering why they are on the lawyer's page. The lawyers just file the paperwork on behalf of the landlord. Your negative should be on the landlords page. As to this company, they are fantastic! Fast response and do a great job.

I've had the pleasure of working with THS for over 5 years now. As a property manager I have had to turn to them dozens of times for legal advice and guidance. They are always quick to provide answers and help with any situation we are facing on property. They give just as much time and attention to answering our "silly" questions that we don't know the answer to as well as our serious questions when we are facing evictions or court dates. They are always pleasant and make you feel comfortable coming to them. My management company has been using THS for over a decade and will keep using them as long as we can. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Thank you THS!

This review is long overdue - I've been working with THS since I got into the property management industry and their customer service is top-notch. Judy has been my go-to help for years and Clayton and the other office members have been equally as generous with their time. When I need to speak with one of the attorney's, they're always prompt and typically follow up same day, even if I call them half an hour before they close and tell them it can wait until the following day. I couldn't do what I do without them, thank you all for continued help!
