Unprofessional and rude staff

“I would not recommend anyone work with them. The receptionist or whoever answers the phone when I called was extremely rude. I called to ask if they handled a specific legal issue and I received a stern No. When I tried to follow up for context I was immediately hung up on before I could even complete my sentence.”

Disorganized and unreliable

“She failed to show for one of my court dates. The court had me call her to track her down. It was so embarrassing and could have cost me if I wasn't able to reach her and get her on the phone. They're incredibly disorganized. A total mess.”
