Nicole Brown has helped me immensely settle both of my parent’s estates. She listens to all my concerns, explains processes and concerns very clearly and itemizes “to do” items in detail. Also good follow up to make sure things are moving along in this tedious process. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing help with settling an estate.

I retained the services of Mr. Mansfield to review a franchise agreement for me. He agreed to review the documents and provide his comments and recommendations within three days. He did just that, and was able to weed through a very messy and unorganized franchise agreement. He made excellent suggestions and it was crystal clear that he has a wealth of experience in the area of franchising. I am extremely grateful to Mr. Mansfield.

Martin Mansfield conducted a review of our FDD and Franchise agreement. The review was precise, accurate and was finished in less than three days! He then spoke with me by phone to clarify points which was extremely helpful. I was concerned about hiring an attorney in Colorado when I live in Tennessee but my concern was unfounded. This law firm was taking advantage of two young girls who lost their mother. They made mistakes on multiple documents, and continued to CHARGE us for making corrections on THIER OWN mistakes. (Let that slide) When dates where set to close our case, they continued to send us yet another bill, when the last bill clearly stated we were not involved with them anymore. I believe they were trying to “hoax” me into paying them more money. Would not recommend this law firm. They are NOT professional.
