Unprofessional and rude staff
“The receptionist or whoever answers the phone when I called was extremely rude. I called to ask if they handled a specific legal issue and I received a stern No. When I tried to follow up for context I was immediately hung up on before I could even complete my sentence.”

“Listening to Paula talk, especially to her staff, was also horrible. She's also dishonest. When I fired her she filed a report with the court saying she fired me because of non-payment. I was fully paid and had a $0 statement.”
