I have known Ethan McQuinn since at least 2007. I met with him at his office and discussed my car accident, which led him to successfully arguing my case before a Federal Judge in which we won our case. The defendant (Auto Owners Insurance) decided to appeal and take the case to the !0th Circuit Court of Appeals. He persuaded with evidence in the case before the three Justices included Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch. Our case was affirmed and our case is used in numerous cases in some form or fashion. Our case was one of the first cases in Colorado to use newer laws to hold insurance companies accountable for their actions.
