Stephanie took care of me. She listened to my concerns and validated my feeling. She treated me with respect and helped me through a process that I never been a part of nor understood. She helped me understand the vocabulary of the law which I haven't been exposed to before. I hated to be in this situation, but I'm thankful that Stephanie was there to help me through it.

I tried to talk to several attorneys about our case and they all pushed us aside. Then I called Babcock, they helped me more than they know and will forever be in my prayers. I was unsure and overwhelmed with what was happening and a certain lawyer (you know who you are BTW happy birthday!) gave me/us amazing advise and a great path to becoming whole again. Would recommend 10/10

This firm handled my wife’s appeal when her LTD insurance carrier abruptly terminated her benefits. Tim Garvey represented her through the appeal process; he and his team were so helpful in gathering objective and accurate information for the appeal submission. There is no way we could have managed the process without their representation and still won the appeal. This firm is very thorough, organized and responsive.
