From the moment we first interacted with Michael Kaplan he was honest and up front about what he was trying to do for us. I was dealing with a complicated workers comp case while recovering from a broken neck and tbi. He made it very clear to me and my wife that we only needed to worry when he told us it was time to worry. He made sure we had a solid understanding of what he was doing, what the possible outcomes could be, and what those paths looked like a we continued down the path. The team was great about recognizing that my wife was dealing with a lot as well even though she wasn't injured.
