No one plans in getting injured at work and being out of work for almost 2 years. Add multiple surgeries, mounds of therapy and constant physical pain regardless of the “treatments”. And to be honest, insurance companies/ workman’s comp companies don’t stay in business if they are not profitable. They sent me a check that I actually laughed at, so I called KAM and Shelia took my case. Thank goodness. She fought for me every step of the way until we finally agreed on a figure. I am now going to take the vacation trip of my dreams thanks to Shelia. I am beyond grateful. Thank you so so much KAM. Especially Shelia.

I talked to about 60 different work comp attorneys, even signing with one. Micheal Kaplan was still open to discussing my case, shedding light on a few different things and ways he could handle it. He spent a lot of time and seemed to really care. I ended up terminating my other lawyer and signing with Mr.Kaplan after my previous law ignored my voicemails.
