Kaplan have tolerated my impatience and moodiness ( thank you admin assistant❤️) for new found chronic pain can make your behavior be more like vinegar than honey. They have read and answered all my overly wordy, emotional, fear based, uncertainty filled anxiety written emails and response graciously to all the questions and comments in a timely fashion. I am grateful to have support during a situation I would be managing alone, easily confused and frustrated due to pain/ injury and emotional/physically exhausted. Kaplan understands the games and manipulation that befalls others from Workman’s Comp, and is truly playing in your corner. Tammy is Micheal’s form of Robin with x 10 the usefulness and brings a fearless spirit that gives your courage to make phone calls and gives you information to protect yourself and your rights. And yes, Micheal and all his associates are totally superheroes- they see the beacon, spin webs of protection , and leap building in a single bound… well… they sort out the law that helps you and understands how to apply it, they do more paperwork in a day than I’ll do in a lifetime and some how find availability as quickly as possible when needed - totally real life superhero stuff; 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️I appreciate you all and glad I found you during this time.

Even though from the beginning, I told the crew I wasn’t in it for the money but they went to work to get me covered for any potential future surgical issues as well as some funds to replenish the savings. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for keeping it simple for me.

Michael Kaplan's attorney was very helpful in being mediators trying to get get Work Comp to accommodate me. All of his staff was super helpful and answer all of my questions within 24hrs of me asking them, would definitely recommend hiring them for repersentation if dealing with any work comp headaches. I can’t express the amount of gratitude I have for finding Matt to be my lawyer and helping me through a difficult time of dealing with DORA. Not only did Matt help me every step of the way through the process of dealing with the Board of Nursing but he also helped me with getting my money back from the previous lawyer I had contacted who was not helpful and or even half as attentive as Matt was.
