My experience with Kaplan Morrell was a very good one. It was a long process but it all worked out in the end. Britton answered every question I had and made the whole ordeal very bearable. If I ever run into the situation again I would definitely use them again and will refer people in need of there services.

I had a relocation case. My son's mother wanted to move to GA. I told her what was going on. She came to conclusions that was all smoking mirrors. When we got to court, I was worried because I thought they were making good case, mind you they went first. But when went up to cross examine my son's mother, Mrs McGinn revealed all the lies to the judge, same with my baby Mama's witness. The truth was revealed thanks to Mrs McGinn. And her closing argument was so strong it was like my son's mother and her lawyer were left with nothing to say. She got the best possible outcome for my son. And I am very thankful she was able/willing to represent me. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't have her representations or if I would have lost my son. Would I recommend Mrs McGinn? Of I would.
