They have had my case for almost 3 years now(1month shy). I have had 9 perilegals handle my case. I have emailed constantly asking for updates and the only response I get is "the other insurance is reviewing what we sent, we have not heard back from them." This company is not a go getter, they are a sit back and see what happens. They would switch who was handling my case without even letting me know. I would find out by emailing or calling. They do not communicate and I feel like I am just a name on a piece of paper not a person who was injured in an auto accident. I have to live in a back brace for the rest of my life and they guy who hit me claimed fault. This should not take this long. Save your self the hassle and heart ach, go somewhere else.

I had Sarah representing me, she is wonderful don’t get me wrong. I’m just not satisfied with the overall service. My son was taken out of state he was born in recently hes 11 so 11 years in Colorado. Because my child father was doing everything to avoid talking to her the process was taking longer and costing me a lot of money every two weeks I would get bills of over $2,500 my highest bill was $3,200 mind you every two weeks I was getting bills that high after coming up with retainer $2,800. My first bill was less then 600 cool then after my invoices was over $2,000 every time. My son was taken out of the blue so this situation happened out of the blue. I did the best I can to pay them, they withdrew my case for just a little amount of money that I owe I felt they should definitely had worked with me a little more knowing I’m a mother just trying to get her son back. Hopefully the future mediation goes well as I will be representing myself, I just want the best for my son. Him being in another state away from me and his blood family isn’t what’s best for him if we can’t equally share custody I can take care of my one son alone he has 4 kids total, his other 3 kids is living in the same state I’m in with their mother. I’m am sad everyday not to mention he has a iPhone 15 I provide and they (son father and his wife) took it from him so I can’t talk to my son. I can go on about my personal overall Sarah did amazing another thing we never figured out a weekend day I can spend with my son till we come up with a parenting plan, she withdrew from my case before we can get the day set and the father knew she withdrew because she told him and now he’s doing whatever. I just hate there isn’t a option for payment plans if you do fall behind because I’m sure no one wants to loose the lawyer that’s helping them get they kids back when your trying so hard to make the payments in full. For two months I paid over 8,000 including retainer for them to just drop my case like that I’m not rich so I was trying it just sucks I don’t have a lawyer now but they have to do what they have to. I just wanna say if you get a family lawyer just make sure you know it’s not cheap and if you can work out a plan with the other parent try that first. Be prepared to get invoices higher than your rent sometimes be prepared to be working to pay them and just have a back up plan. Any parent keeping you away from your child should not get away with that. I’m so lost cause it’s like it’s ok to do this he’s getting away with taking my son away from me with no court order to do what he’s doing I don’t know where my son lays his head I’m stressed and have to hide it and keep going. I’m a loving mom that’s human missing her son. I cry everyday but I can’t let that put me in a depression I still have to be strong for my son and get ready for his return keep loving myself, like having the motivation to get up get dressed and eat has been hard but I have to keep saying to myself I have to still take care of me to.
