Tony, I had emailed Michelle as I was puzzled why I/we got this survey since usually these are completed at the end of the working relationship, but I never heard back for her. Instead, I got this second reminder to fill out. Since we are still midstream in our situation, it's difficult to evaluate the results at this point. I do know you are working at your best to resolve this situation with the courts just to get our case heard. The only comment that I would have at this stage of the relationship is possibly better communication as to the status and time-lines of these different correspondences with the court. By that I mean how long to they have to respond, etc., so we would have a better idea as to when to expect some form of answer. As it is now, we are completely in the dark until we get an email from your office. There have been occasions that I have sent in emails with specific questions which I never got a response to. An answer would have been appreciated. As I said before, I know that you are putting forth your best efforts to get satisfaction in this case and we greatly appreciate that. Your last response to Plaintiff's motion, was brilliant from my perspective. I found it refreshing that you not only called the Defendant's attorneys on the carpet, but also the courts themselves. Good job!
