Meagan Moodie is a hard working, passionate, and knowledgable attorney. I really appreciated that she would level with me. Other attorneys I have worked with in the past would tell me we would win everything, and that ended up not being the case. Meagan knew enough, and was honest enough, to tell me the truth about my case. She made sure I always knew my risks and the potential outcomes. She was level headed, despite my ex being pretty abusive and extremely hard to deal with. She made sure my kids were always the first priority on our side, and it was very effective. Our CFI didn't fall for my ex's "charm" and took well to our reasonable positions. I would recommend Meagan to anyone in a custody or divorce, as well as if you need a protection order. She is a great attorney and you will be in great hands.

My sister and I spoke with this firm and though were weren't able to hire them to assist us in our matter, they gave us great information. They were able to help us put certain questions into perspective. They really understood where we were coming from and offered great advice. I will seek their advice if a situation in the future fits the services their firm can offer.

RUN away from this firm. They charged me over 7000 dollars, accomplished exactly zero, ignored many requests, and dropped me when I had the audacity to expect replies that didnt take days, and scheduling that wasn't months out for issues the attorney (Ashley) was in full command of and aware of the entire time. The delays caused are costing me thousands on top of what I paid for my "help" from this firm.

I was referred to Meagan Moody from one of my favorite clients. She called to have the consult with me and there was a few things i was having a hard time understanding with the way the pay works. I asked A LOT of questions. I even felt like some of my questions were misunderstood. So i explained myself in attempts to better the responses from meagan but she grew irritated with me. After i noticed she was upset she flat out told me that thought "we weren't the right fit for each other " and referred me to someone else at the firm. I asked why and she couldn't give me an answer other then "its a gut feeling". I was shocked and hurt and upset. I even told her how i felt and apologized for making her feel that way. I asked why she would say that and she replied "i owe you no explanation". Shocked as all hell. This woman is miserable from the messy family stuff she endeavors everyday. Its a blessing in disguise and no I won't use anyone in your firm after such treatment. Even though i reached out for help, im still human. I still bleed just like you. Treat people with respect. That karma comes back around. Awful place. They don't call her meagan moody for nothing.

I received a phone consultation with Ms. Gebhardt. I have spoken to at least 3 other offices to receive an accumulative idea for my situation. I was uneasy with what this attorney was saying. A lot of "ahhh" and space fillers as if there was a significant amount of uncertainty and confidence as she spoke. I would NOT recommend this law firm to handle any legal family matters. Also unprofessional at times advising me that because I did not have a lawyer in a previous case it was my fault because I did not "study law to prepare myself for the case".

Erika is an honest and detail oriented. She will give you the best advice for your particular situation and suggest the best way to help. They offer retainer and unbundled services which is great for any type of situation. I would highly recommend her as your family attorney!
