I have had a very clear, responsive, and thorough experience with Chayet & Danzo. I mainly worked with Frank and from the first conversation, he was very knowledgeable, experienced, and guided the process of getting my family set up with the legal documents we needed. We also corresponded with Shelley who was wonderful and very quick to answer our questions and make sure the process was seamless. I found out about Chayet & Danzo, LLC while attending an information session through my financial institution. Mr. Danzo provided some great information so I decided to schedule an appointment regarding wills and trusts. I was impressed with how easy the process was to complete. The entire team was professional and the answers to all of my questions were explained thoroughly.

I went to a seminar given by my credit union to find out about starting a will. I was very happy that Mr Danzo was there to guide me in creating my will. He is very confidential and through. He helped me out and I will continue to have him as my estate planner.

I happened to go to a seminar for seniors and there was a video provided by Frank Danzo regarding the pitfalls of not being protected in your elder years. He was animated, informative and I decided to go to their firm and update my will ( 3 years ago). In talking with Frank, he explained the difference between just a will and a trust. I decided to go with a trust and now have peace of mine regarding where everything will go once I am gone. Frank explains things in simple, understandable language, yet makes it clear it is YOUR choice as to which way you want to go. ALL the people I have interacted with in this firm are pleasant and helpful. If you have not yet made a will or are wondering what you should do then I suggest you at least consult with Chayet & Danzo, LLC. They will give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

Frank Danzo was recommended to us by our son's former college roommate who is now a patent attorney. We wanted an estate planning attorney who would not only guide us through the estate planning process, but also would be available and compatible to work with our son to settle our estate. Previously we had found the estate planning process to be daunting and difficult to address. We appreciated the expertise, patience and support that Frank offered both to us and to our son. All our questions were answered in a way that was understandable to us and we appreciated Frank's guidance and suggestions that resulted in an estate plan with which we feel very comfortable. After several years of attempting to address our estate planning needs, we now feel confident that they have been thoroughly addressed. My wife and I wanted to start seriously looking for a firm to help us construct a complete estate plan. We attended an estate planning seminar put on by the Chayet & Danzo law firm. They sounded knowledgeable, proficient and experienced and we decided to let Frank Danzo put it together for us. Frank and all the staff were personable and courteous as well as efficient and professional. Process wasn't too burdensome to complete and was comprehensive with doing our family trust, 2 wills, 2 Medical Power of Attorney and 2 Financial Power of Attorney. They performed this service to us during the middle of the Covid outbreak but still was thorough and met our expectations for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend this firm. Doesn't get any better.

Chayet & Danzo, LLC, are very detail-oriented and professional. We worked with Frank Danzo, III, who listened to what we wanted, and acted accordingly. Since we have little idea of what all is useful in a trust, as well as the accompanying wills and powers of attorney, he seemed very thorough in the preparation of all of the documents. We especially appreciated a packet entitled "Burial Instructions;" such instructions already outlined by us will help whoever is directed in dealing with our remains. He and his paralegal patiently answered our questions, which were not always that cogent. He has expressed willingness to work with trustees, be they one of us, or, if we're both gone, our designated trustee(s). We also appreciated Mr. Danzo's son taking the initiative and contacting us to update our very old original trust documents, from 1999. It was well past time that we should've done this.
