The attention they paid to our particular situation provided us with enormous confidence in the outcome of our estate planning.

We have used the services at Chayet & Danzo for over 10 years. We originally were there for estate planning and helping us make our wills and POA. Frank Danzo is great to work with and very professional! He had alot of ideas of things we did not think about. We highly recommend him and continue to use their services to keep our documents up to date.

Rolled over and died instead of advocating in custody and child support case... Additionally, I called to make a SINGLE payment on the account; which is not in my name, I did NOT sign an authorization to take funds from my account and yet they have been charging my card every 2 weeks. I am concerned about their ethics as they are charging me, a disabled veteran, for an account I'm not on, that I did not authorize them to charge my card for. Shameful.

Tyler Lambert represented my husband and I in a custody case for our boys, he communicated with us what to anticipate during court and had very helpful advice, he made my husband and I feel very confident with his knowledge and honesty during the entire process. We definitely are pleased and recommend anyone for his services.

Erica Gebhardt is by far the most unprofessional attorney and CFI. She was assigned as my case's CFI. I paid my retainer and got all of my paperwork in promptly, followed by her taking months to start my case. During my initial visit she was texting her husband the whole time, made strange faces and sank herself awkwardly in her chair. She basically told me she was dealing with family things and that I know how things are, she's a mom and can multi-task. It was incredibly disruptive and made me lose focus on many occasions. She also had minimal interest in the documentation that I brought with me and said she would review it later.. When it came time for my home visit she was 45 minutes late. 15 minutes into her being late and no communication I called her office. They said she left early to make sure it gave her enough time, then I checked Google maps and it was a very clear drive but she stated when she showed up they hit a ton of traffic. My appointment was supposed to be 2 hours, she spent an hour and 15. My boyfriend took the day off knowing this was incredibly important and requested that he is there. She just days before our report is due resigns from our case and doesn't finish the report. Now we have to start over, spend more money finding a new CFI, my boyfriend not only missed an entire day's pay, but now he will have to do it again. All of the phone appointments that she had with my references was never canceled by their office and left dangling not knowing that she was not conducting the appointments. This has been nothing short of a frustrating experience and felt like she was too preoccupied by her own life to remotely care about our case and what was happening with the children in the case.
