Ben is very skilled, aggressive and generally cares about his clients and balancing what's good for them and what the client might think they needs to happen during an emotional process. He is a fighter for his clients. I have referred Ben to a friend and he took care of them just like he did me.

I had a horrible experience with this law firm! Initially Chelsea started out good, helping me do my divorce as unbundled services. I decided I wanted her help drawing up the Separation Agreement. I gave her all the information my former spouse and I agreed on and the date we had to have it in to the courts. She promised multiple times to have it to me by that afternoon.. three weeks went by. Also everytime I inquired the status I got billed, she kept changing a word here and there and asked me to approve. I had approved 5 times ago🙄 Her superior Elizabeth also did the same thing- adding stuff I didn’t ask for. I wrote two ugly emails to their office in a panic as my due date with the courts was coming in a few days. Finally I received the Separation Agreement at 8pm the evening before it was due. My case nearly got thrown out!!! I would of had to start over. I complained and they billed me more!!! At the end of the day I paid $2226 for a very simple divorce (we were in agreement, there were no children involved or alimony- just sale of house and one car with a loan). I thought because I came to them as a referral from the same hair dresser and since Chelsea recently passed her bar and had a team of supervision I would get excellent care. Boy was I wrong! When she charges $180 an hour I am unsure how she charged $2226. My divorce was finalized Aug 7th and then I got an additional bill of $10 for filing fees. I filed everything myself😂 No idea what they are talking about. They are extremely unprofessional. The point of getting a lawyer was to make this stressful time easier not harder. Do not use this office!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. As a law student, I was completely unimpressed by Megan Moodie's unprofessional conduct as a "lawyer". During my father's case I advised him to fire her after numerous mistakes were made by her and the entire law firm. After terminating her representation, my father ATTENDED MEDIATION WITHOUT HER AND GOT THE OUTCOME HE WANTED. Of course after his bill was already approaching $10,000. She did nothing. I feel so strongly about the misconduct that occured in this case that I'm filing an official complaint with the bar. There are too many examples of malpractice to type here but this is the basis of my complaint: 1. Lawyer Incompetence: Not being able to distinguish the difference between marital and personal property 2. Financial Disputes - Double and triple billing for the same services due to in house turnover 3. Failure to Communicate with Client - After there was a miscommunication with Ms. Moodie, my father was told that any questions would be answered if he emailed the office. He then emailed the office with no reponse for days. After hearing from them, she blamed him for the office's failure to respond because he didn't "reply all" in the email and only sent it directly to her At the very least, Megan Moodie is an unprofessional attorney and a rude human being. This was a very bad experience for my family during an already hard time. I felt horrible because I was recommended to this law firm by a close friend and he was treated horribly. Ms. Moodie would often insult my father's intelligence knowing that he was a landscaper and she was an attorney. Lawyers are supposed to help people. As an aspiring attorney, I am truly disgusted to see someone in this profession act like this.

Everything Ben Hartford gave me advice on worked he is the best Attorney i have had the opportunity to meet in my lifetime. all can say is don't hesitate i hired him from the start because of what he said

From the moment I stepped in the Firm's offices, I felt comfortable and cared about. Friendly staff in a nice area of town. First time meeting Ben was nothing but a pleasurable experience. I can’t imagine they are “detail oriented” but who knows I might be the one that fell through their cracks! Good luck!

Ben was the man ! He helped me and my ex out when our landlord was trying to get one over on us. He went above and beyond to make the situation right! I can not express my gratitude and appreciation for what he did and for us!! He is my go to with any legal assistance!! Thank you Ben !!
