Dianne and Tiana were the absolute BEST! I had a ski injury and I’ve never taken legal action before, so I was a little nervous. But they were both so caring and compassionate. They kept in touch and made sure to reach out to me if there were any updates. Hopefully I never have another injury, but if I do, I’ll 100% reach out to them again. Working with the team at Dianne Sawaya LLC was great. Communication was good, everyone I worked with was very thoughtful and intentional about their work. The associates kept open lines of communication throughout the experience.

If you want to be unclear on what’s happening with your case or be given excuse after excuse of why your money is being delayed paying you out then choose this law office. I had 3 different paralegals over the course of a year and didn’t even know the first one had changed until I emailed them and had someone else respond. Set appts to speak with certain people that didn’t remember our appt so I had to call to see if they were even available to talk. I was told numerous times I would receive a phone call or email a certain day and didn’t receive either. If you hire them make sure you keep on them weekly. Best suggestion, don’t hire them to handle your claim! I could go on and on about my negative experience, but I won’t. Just want to let others looking to hire an injury law office to look elsewhere for your own sanity!

I retaind modern family laws for a guardianship case on my g-daughter and they helped me w all that needed to be done thru virtual, i never had to leave my house to do anything, even going to court. They were really really helpful the whole time, calling me whenever they needed anything and i felt free and confident to call them whenever I needed something because I knew that they would always give me results.
