I cannot believe that they are charging me phone calls that are complete lies!!! I could never get a straight answer from Paralegal Ryan. They state Dianne Sawaya spoke to me for 90 minutes, that's fabricated!!! Their staff is unprofessional and charge a client based on lies!! I am also reporting their unprofessionalism and their overcharging to every agency available!! I would never recommend this firm to anyone!!!

Called to see if she could represent me and not only was my problem listened to but was pretty much ignored and my call was never returned.

The worst experience ever. We spent over 20k and spoke to the lawyer 2 times. He did absolutely nothing to help my case. He delayed everything which ended up costing me more money in the long run with child support. My lawyer also randomly quit, and they told me he retired and wasn’t a lawyer anymore so while I was calling around to find a new one I found the office he was at now. Absolutely no communication, but they sure are quick to withdraw money for doing nothing.

I am quite suspect of all the rave reviews. My experience hiring Dianne Sawaya after being injured in a car accident was, honestly, a nightmare! I seriously urge anyone who is trying to find legal representation for their injury to look for another lawyer. It took nearly a year and a half for me to get a measly amount of money for a injury that will impact the rest of my life. I still have pain on a daily basis. Not once did I ever get to actually speak to Dianne Sawaya and she will not pursue any amount above what the insurance policies will cover for your injury. Find a lawyer that will fight for what your injury is actually worth! Dianne Sawaya will not do that. She will not take your case to trial. She will simply send you to a few doctors and push you to settle your case. On top of that, it will take years to settle because her office can't even keep paralegals employed for over a few months. I literally had 10 different paralegals work on my case because they constantly quit working for her office. Probably because they all realized she doesn't really care about her customers, their injuries or how their lives are affected. She only cares about how much money she puts in her own pockets.

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Rip off artists.

The Sawaya Team is very professional and they always respond fast. Antoinnette, was super friendly and always supportive through the process. It takes awhile but they get it down. Thank you!
