This firm is helping me navigate the world of injury v insurance. This team has stepped up many times so far and I believe I will come out better than I went in. While being represented by Dianne Sawaya I have better health care than any other time in my life. The paralegals are generous with their time and effort to answer questions and concerns I have. Prior to reaching out for legal help I was a stressed out mess and now I experience peace while healing...and isn't that the way it should be? This may read like an over-the-top review but be assured it is due to the value of representation I have received and this team deserves it. Follow up edit: I just received a settlement to my case that was more than I could ever have imagined at the beginning. I had the best health care and management of my interests that I have ever experienced. Melinda Neumann, a paralegal at this firm is exceptional. Any anxiety or worries I had, she had solutions and found answers quickly. Due to the Covid Pandemic I was able to start and finish this entire matter from my home using new technology and electronic documents. I was never required to set foot into the firms office. In the end however I did travel there just to say thank you to all of the professionals that worked on my case. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. One last thing, I use alias names on the internet to protect myself from identity theft and other potential breaches of my privacy. While the name on the review is an alias I am a real person. **Update** It's been a long and difficult road. Nick, along with everyone else I've worked with, has been amazing. From the very beginning I was impressed and reassured by the staff of modern family law with any and all of my concerns. They have continued to be amazing through this process. Including a financial problem that needed resolved immediately. It was handled swiftly and with kindness and professionalism. Called Dianne Sawaya a few months ago for my moms legal issue I wasn’t sure was personal injury or not. It turns out my issue isn’t, but I spoke with Erin who referred us to an lawyer that could (and did) help. I don’t usually write google reviews but she really let me vent about my situation and was very compassionate even though she knew they couldn’t take our case. She also took the time to find another attorney that could help. I’ll 100% go to them or tell friends to go to them if I ever need help with a personal injury case.
