Great law firm. Still may need to use it for future purposes.

I cannot recommend this law firm enough. We have been working with Heather and she is simply amazing. Although our legal battle isn't over yet I didn't want to wait any longer to post a review. We've been working with Heather for the last three months and her communication is amazing. Her response time is shockingly fast, and she truly "gets" our case. Upon issuing the retainer she immediately went to bat for us and made us feel like we truly had a teammate in this battle and that we aren't alone in our fight. She is insanely organized and well spoken, she says exactly the point we're trying to make but about 1000X better than we could ever relay. She is professional, poised, and not afraid to go in front of a judge when needed. Heather will talk to you about the pros/cons of settling vs. hearing and she will explain the whole legal process as it unfolds. I feel like Heather is going to go really far, really fast, in the Family Law arena, you'd be doing yourself a huge disservice if you passed her up.

I retained Marquez Law Firm for my divorce proceedings and Ms. Heather Landauer was my legal counsel. Heather did a wonderful job during the entire process of my divorce. I appreciated her quick responses, effective communication, fairness in billing and overall high-degree of professionalism. As emotionally difficult and draining that my divorce was on me, I truly appreciated that the legal portion of it was seamless and went forward as smooth as possible thanks to Heather's service.

I cannot say enough good things about the level of expertise and professionalism of Jason Marquez and his entire staff. When I found myself facing some legal challenges, I wasn't sure where to turn. I spoke with one attorney that was almost flippant about the situation, which immediately made me question his skills. I actually tried representing myself and found the legal system to be difficult to navigate on my own. Then I found Marquez Law. I spoke with Jason, explained the situation, and he offered me some insight that gave me clarity about what needed to be done; I also knew that I did NOT have the knowledge and experience to do it on my own. Jason did everything what he said he was going to do. He looked at the case from all angles, uncovered things I never could have, worked tirelessly to show the courts all the information, and represented me perfectly in court. Most importantly to me, Jason had integrity. He always advised me what to do based on the truth, rather than skewing it to give me advice that may make me feel good, but would compromise me in court. He's the best attorney I could have in my corner.

The Marquez Law Firm handled business !! Very professional , kind and understanding . It is 2019 And Iam a Father With Sole custody Of Our Son . Iam not sitting in jail, thanks to Jason and Heather there commitment and Hard work made this all possible . You can stop looking, You have found a great divorce attorney. Heather is fantastic. The emotions of going through a divorce are unbelievable. And even though I was all over the place emotionally, Heather was able to keep things calm and focused. I really appreciate her communication. She was always prompt with a reply to any questions that I had. Many times I got emails after hours showing that she was concerned about my case. When we got to mediation, Heather was very professional and organized. And when the other party try to do something unfairly she would put her foot down and do everything she could to protect my interests and rights. Also need to compliment Katie who works in the billing department If I ever had any questions she would, patiently worked with me so that I understood everything. Several times she was also a comforting ear when I needed to vent. I cannot recommend Heather highly enough. Talk with her. Hire her to represent you. You will not be disappointed.

Heather Landauer helped me with my divorce. She is fantastic! Communication was efficient. Billing was transparent. The office is very professional. I would use them time and time again.
