Most times when you hire a defense attorney, chances are it is not for a pleasant situation. What made it a lot more enjoyable was the professionalism of this law firm! Every single staff member that I met was extremely professional and friendly. I had the pleasure working with them for approximately one year. Anytime I emailed or called, they responded in a timely manner. They explained the whole process and answered all my questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and amazing at what they do! I can not thank Max, Marianne and Hailey enough for all their hardwork and dedication!!! If you find yourself in a situation where you need a defense attorney, hire the best! If you want the best, then hire this law firm!

I had Mattson Smith for 2 cases. He is very hard working, reliable and dedicated to his clients. Both turned out well. Although young, he's extremely knowledgeable, and has useful experience.

Mattson has a brilliant legal mind. He presently has two of my cases; one from Jefferson County and one in the city of Denver. For thirty-three years I've been in the criminal justice system as a serial defendant and Mattson has demonstrated high integrity, dogged determination, excellent perception/observation skills, and he can be thoroughly trusted keep confidentiality and to do his best in my defense time and time again. I can be a demanding client who's learned long ago that the defendant needs a good attorney to receive a good jury verdict and Mattson certainly rises to that level and above. Unfortunately, Mattson has a poor sense of fashion: he thinks his Charlie Chaplin bow tie is a chic magnet.
