Even though not many personal visits were able to be sone due to my husband traveling, this law firm knew the case in and out and was able to Get my husband his visitation rights and joint custody was also awarded. They were very knowledgeable and powerful team work was definitely present!!! Dads that are fighting for there rights, this firm definitely has your back!!!

I did a lot of research a few years ago because I knew I was going to get divorced and that I would have a difficult one to deal with. I started meeting with Samera at least two years before we actually started working together. I'm confident I hired the right team. All lawyers will burn your money fast, so take that off the table. The reality is, many times during the process I questioned myself by hiring Samera's team and started shopping around. What I found is there isn't anyone better out there despite the reviews. Samera has excellent reviews and has earned them. Samera knows her sh*t. Also very important is the fact that the mediators and judges know and respect Samera. Samera will weed out the stuff that doesn't matter and tell you that. In fact she will tell you things you don't want to hear, but that is how the court will see it, so you need to listen to her. What I've learned over the years is to question my own judgement and just trust the process. I did that here, I trusted the process and I trusted Samera's team and it paid off. Samera and team kicked ass in the courtroom and in the handling of my case.

Samera is an amazing lawyer. She found my ex-wife in Penial Contempt and Remedial contempt. She Was able to fully display the weaknesses of the opposing counsil on cross examinations and throughout the entire hearing. Samera actually looked at some of the details of my case before our consultation was complete; I have not encountered this often when speaking to other lawyers. I needed advice regarding a custody issue and Samera was honest and knew enough to give me good advice. Samera took on my divorce case in February of 2016. I had criminal charges pending at the time related to the divorce. From the very beginning, Samera stood behind me and supported me. I eventually was found "NOT GUILTY" on all counts in August 2016. The divorce and custody case lasted nearly a year. I went 330 days without seeing my children. During this time, Samera and Kristen worked diligently on my case and were very meticulous in every aspect. At one point, the odds seemed to be heavily favored towards the mother. Samera has been an amazing attorney and has done an excellent job with my child custody/support case.
