From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Kaitlyn was hired to modify Parenting Time and Child Support from a Alabama divorce decree to having the jurisdiction moved to Colorado. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. My case was a difficult case over state lines. She is very quick to respond to all my inquiries and concerns. Through the thorough preparation for trial, she helped me feel at ease before walking into the court room. Kaitlyn was the epitome of professionalism throughout the entire process. Kaitlyn was successful in having the jurisdiction moved to Colorado, and coming out of court, we received the most the judge would give. I did a lot of research a few years ago because I knew I was going to get divorced and that I would have a difficult one to deal with. I started meeting with Samera at least two years before we actually started working together. I'm confident I hired the right team. All lawyers will burn your money fast, so take that off the table. The reality is, many times during the process I questioned myself by hiring Samera's team and started shopping around. What I found is there isn't anyone better out there despite the reviews. Samera has excellent reviews and has earned them. Samera knows her sh*t. Also very important is the fact that the mediators and judges know and respect Samera. Samera will weed out the stuff that doesn't matter and tell you that. In fact she will tell you things you don't want to hear, but that is how the court will see it, so you need to listen to her. What I've learned over the years is to question my own judgement and just trust the process. I did that here, I trusted the process and I trusted Samera's team and it paid off. Samera and team kicked ass in the courtroom and in the handling of my case.
