He was easy to talk to and grasped my needs right away. He worked with the Company to get the requested changes made. I was under a time constraint and needed the work right away and he accomplished it in a very timely manner.

In a time full of attorneys looking for the largest settlements possible without considering their clients needs, Damon stands alone as an attorney who represents you and your best interests. In June 2012 I was rear ended by a vehicle traveling about 40 mph while I was at a complete stop. The accident left me with long lasting neck pain that seemed to never get better. The person who hit me was an underage unlicensed uninsured driver so I believed there was no chance of getting my medical bills paid for. My medical bills kept growing and I started to worry if this injury would either bankrupt me or I'd have to live the rest of my life in pain. This accident could have hindered me for the rest of my life but Damon helped me get the care I needed along with making sure all of my expenses were covered.
