I had a very good initial consultation with Mike Watton this morning. I have been getting harassing collection calls from an agency in regard to an amount that I couldn't pay due to a failed business twenty years ago. I told the collection agent that this is way past the statute of limitations, but they have continued to aggressively pursue the matter. Mike told me that there was no way I could have re-started the statute of limitations time clock by having any discussion with this agency. He labeled them as "Quasi Fraudsters" and "Bottom Feeders". Mike totally re-assured me that it definitely is past the statute of limitations and that he would represent me if they ever do attempt to serve me and take me to civil court. Mike indicated that they are just attempting intimidate me into signing a payment agreement with them which I definitely will not do. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy morning, Mike. I feel so much better after talking to you!

Says thell let u talk to lawyer to talk about ur case. Yet was rude and instead of any free advice as advertisement says said oh that would take time to research and didn't listen to full question before he said doesn't do free work. Just was asking a question a bankruptcy lawyer should know.

Jennifer and Jodie were both very professional and easy to work. If either of them needed something, and I didn't understand what they were asking for, all I had to do was call and they would assist. Most importantly, I believe Jennifer's perseverance around issues with regard to my defense (whether I understood them or not) was impressive. I felt like I had the better of the two lawyers (and firms) involved in our divorce. I might even go so far as to call her a "bulldog". She adamantly defended my interests. She did a great job.
