I got into some legal trouble. I made a big mistake and made some very bad choices. I met and hired Attorney Iyer of Iyer Law Office. Mr. Iyer represent me in a Careless Driving with Bodily Injuries, under this case i can be charged for a jail period of upto a year can be expected, with help of Mr Iyer those charges change to minimum probation period and Safe Driving Classes. Mr. Iyer was retained to defend an adult child. He was easy to talk to and recommended helpful expert witnesses and criminal charges were dropped when it was proven that this person was a victim of on line scam and identity theft with check fraud. I asked Mr. Iyer to defend an adult child charged with theft and drug charges. Much time was spent with that client explaining a plea bargain where multiple felony charges were dismissed and misdemeanor charges with probation resulted thanks to the role of of a forensic psychologist who determined there was significant cognitive problems. I highly recommend Mr. Iyer. He worked within the agreed retainer fee even when many more hours were required than expected to bring the case to a plea resolution. He spent extra time helping my child fill out probation paper work in light of his mental limitations which showed his kindness toward his clients. He also used every opportunity to help teach how the legal system works and how to make better life choices to keep out of trouble with the law.

V. Iyer represented me for a misdemeanor charge with the utmost professionalism. He brought his attention to detail and his positive court demeanor to my case and treated me with humor and respect. Mr. Iyer is a highly experienced professional who has great insight into the legal processes and strategies that will most effectively work for you and your case. He sees clients and their families as human beings and offers support and great counsel but insists on accountability and responsibility on the part of the client to arrive at the best outcome. If you are not willing to take responsibility for your issues, he'll probably tell you to go somewhere else. If you are, then you couldn't ask for a better lawyer and partner!
