There are many challenges you have to manage when your loved ones pass away. I had comfort relying on Zachary, and Adam's instruction, mentorship, and experience when executing the estate planning my later father had outlined. To be honest they made the process so much easier. My father was wise setting up his estate planning with Solem W. & McKinley. I myself will utilize their Estate planning services here in the future. In know they will set up my family and I up for success.

I want to thank Peter, Adam, Zach, and staff at SWM for a job well done. I know you worked diligently researching the text messages, the phone calls, etc. Your patience with me and my family. You worked almost four years to finally end this unnecessary conflict over a bogus will. It makes me happy to know they lost and lucky they didn’t have to go to court because there was no way they were going to win and perhaps charged with elder abuse and fraud.
