Tim Parks by far...Is the worst attorney I've ever encountered. In my opinion, he puts family members against each other in order to maximize his earnings. Horrible! Horrible! Experience...

Very disappointed in Mr. Parks performance. He was passive and deferred to opposing attorney at my detriment. He was easily intimidated by the tactics of my spouse and his primary advice was "Just give in and make peace". I would NOT recommend him if there is any estate dispute

Tim prepared an estate plan for us including a trust, pour-over will, HIPAA and POA documents. He assisted us with re-titling assets. Throughout the process he was extremely attentive, communicative, and through. His kindness and gracious manner has given us peace of mind and security for our family.

Tim help me with a real estate matter. I was not a client and live out of state. He immediately made me feel like I was a long standing client and provided top service. We were under a bit of a time crunch. He was able to meet our tight deadline, while still working very carefully, making sure I was well informed throughout the process and paying great attention to detail.
