Daniel is a highly Knowledgeable attorney that treats you like a person not a case. After my collision I couldn't find an attorney that would take my case, but after Daniel take my case I was able to receive the necessary treatment that I needed, and we got full settlement. My case lasted nearly 8 months, I can honestly say I believe that the outcome of my legal peace of mind was directly related to that fact that I hired the right lawyer. I would highly recommend Daniel Rosen.

After a car accident that was miraculously not fatal, in which my boyfriend and I were hit on the highway by three different vehicles, we found Dan Rosen and signed on with him. What a mistake. Our lives were uprooted by pain, concussions, daily doctors visits, and ceaseless medical bills. We continually looked to our attorney for guidance — unfortunately, we found ourselves chasing not only Dan Rosen around, trying to reach not only him (and over the course of four months, I was only able to speak with him once), but also his paralegal. We had signed away a third of our future settlement to Dan Rosen’s office and were left without answers on how to deal with doctors, med-pay, emergency room bills, lost wages, etc. Or, if we received “answers,” they would come late and conflict with earlier instructions from their office — “Why am I still receiving bills for my emergency room visit when you guys said you’d taken care of them.” Answer: “You might want to pay them, if you can.” Our frustration lead us to sign on with another attorney, one who responds to us within one business day and has clear direction. The story doesn't end there, though: When my new attorney's office attempted to have Rosen's office transfer our files to them, it took weeks to get them AND Rosen told the new lawyer we were difficult to deal with because we "called too much." Talk about insult to injury. My advice is to avoid this attorney (which won’t be hard because he’s pretty hard to get ahold of in the first place…just don’t sign on with him).

Late last year (2016), I hired Dan Rosen for a personal injury matter as I read he has many years experience in the industry. Right off the bat, I had a hard time getting ahold of the attorney, himself. The ratio of inbound call to response was about 3:1. That means for legal advice, I would have to call or email an average of three different times before his paralegal would even get back to me. At one point, I urgently needed counsel, but their office didn’t respond for over a week. Frustrated with the vague answers his gate keepers kept giving me, I demanded to speak to Dan Rosen, himself. The front desk once again passed me to their paralegal who ended up “sending out an urgent message to Dan.” He never actually responded to me that day. Actually, he NEVER got back to me on the issue. I can't tell if it's case overload, incompetence, or just a lack of care. Working with Rosen’s office gave me the feeling that I was constantly having to chase down my own lawyer. How does that make sense when he'd be the one profiting from my case? His office made matters more difficult and further obfuscated options when all I wanted were simple answers. The additional exertion and confusion added a tremendous amount of insult to my injury - so much so, that I fired his office from working on my case. When you hire someone, there's an expectation set that they will work for you and be your advocate. I just wish I had a review like this to warn me in the first place.

After the insurance carrier denied my claim, I could not find an attorney that would take my case. Not only did Dan take my case but he was able to settle the claim and make sure all of my medical bills were paid. They kept me up to date and advised me of progress throughout the entire case.
