Still waiting for an explanation of the line items invoiced….2 years later. Christian Webert and team issued an invoice against my property 12 hours before my scheduled closing forcing me to pay or delay the sale of my property. I’d probably rather try to buy a catalytic converter in an alley than deal with the ethics of these people.

Moeller Graf is top tier attorneys with the entire firm. I would highly suggest any association to subscribe to their services. David Parker & Christian Webert are always available when I need legal advice or explanation of condo declarations. Alexis Frick is amazing at collections process for delinquent accounts and very responsive. Brittany and Ashley go above and beyond with customer service. I would say the names above are a huge asset to this firm and I plan to never loose this ongoing business connection!

He was my attorney in Illinois and he was very accessible and productive along with a wealth of knowledge. I was heartbroken to hear he left Illinois but I strongly recommend him.

These people have no respect. They will harass you and charge you for nothing. They refuse to give notes or documentation for charges.

MEGAN O’BRIEN-JENKINS was ready to take a $2000 payment when I only owed $1900. I came back with exact change and she gave me a receipt for a lesser, random amount. She kept trying to count the money out of view under her desk. Super shady! BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING THIS PLACE, DON'T GET STOLEN FROM. This is all because I fell behind in my HOA payments and my account went to Moeller Graf for collections. Its may fault yes, but I was able to pay in full, well, I tried anyway. Shady business, shady employees. UPDATE 12/9: Tried to pay my HOA for a normal next payment. HOA says Moeller Graff told them I still owe them and have a balance. Hahahhaha! How did I guess! I knew that was going to happen! Hopefully that shady employee got fired by now. If you're going to steal, try and be smarter, actually don't steal at all!

The first time the attorney was very nice and understanding the second time everybody including the Receptionist not carrying that i couldn't pay 1330.00 for 5 letters they send me after they didn't show up at the court date so please don't trust this people they talk to you that they care about you but they don't

1 star is way too many. This law office is very unprofessional. Every lady I spoke with was very rude. Got the run around, nobody takes any responsibility for anything what so ever! I would never ever use or recommend this law firm to anyone!

Horrible people. Made arrangement, paid down payment electronically then sent in monthly checks, they didn’t cash, sent email and left voicemails asking for Alexis to call me back. She sent an email which spammed out and NEVER called back. I continued to send checks. They claim they never received my checks, drained my checking and savings accounts via garnishment for more than I owed prior to the arrangement. This has also caused me hundreds of dollars in bank fees. These people are LIARS AND THIEVES.
