6 years into the DuPuy suit, where my husband is living the end of his life in pain, they don't call or reach out even once a year. He'll die before hey ever reach a settlement on Part B. I was so sure when I hired them, but when my attorney left after the first 6 moths, it's been another nightmare.

The team is tenacious in the pursuit of justice! Jake, Steve, and every member of their team, were very accommodating of my requests and flexible in meetings. I felt like my case was just as valuable as anyone else's. I could not have been more pleased with their hard work and the results.

You see all of the TV ads for the personnel injury attorneys but you just know that they are in it for there cut of any monies they get you. My wife and I have had several issues handled by Burg Simpson and their staff and it don't take but one visit to them to know they truly care about you, and helping you restore your life, not just the money. Good place glad I found it. Attorneys are easy to get ahold of & they truly do their best from my experience so far with attorney Steven Marsh & his staff.

Current client and have been for a few months. So far nothing has happened, permanent restrictions, lost my job and all my lawyer can do is keep going on vacation. So not impressed. I am now at the end of my case and am adding to this review. There were still some issues that did not help me during the case. But overall, it was not as bad as it had started.
