I highly advise you to stay away from this firm. They represented my father in a class action. He signed settlement papers back in April, it's now January of the following year and my father hasnt seen a DIME!!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I can't even get them to call me back for a case evaluation. Don't want to work with a firm that won't call you back before you even hire them. Terrible communication or lack of.

I have all the praise for Burg Simpson. I used Stephen Burg and Jessica P. for my collision case. The kid caused my collision came from a family with money and his insurance company was really trying to screw me over. After a long road and lots of physical therapy, I was eventually able to get better.
