I cannot say enough about the wonderful people at this firm. My particular case was complicated with many different issues that I simply was not able to deal with myself. Nick Fogel and Stephen Burg fought tirelessly for me with the insurance companies and doctors, and insured I received nothing but the best care. And whilst nothing can undo the damage from my accident, my case was settled in a way that gives me peace of mind for a very long time, and allows me to move forward with my life. When you are a client of this firm you are treated like family. They genuinely care about you as an individual and do their very best for you. You can't give anything but a 1 to a company who doesn't get back to you. I contacted them October 15. The woman who took my information was so nice. She gave me all the prepared canned remarks like "we'll be with you all the way," and "you're not alone." Sounded good, but the email I received from them said someone usually got back to you within 3 business days. They would let me know one way or the other. THEY DID NOTHING!! We found someone else who is doing a remarkable job for us. I'd never consider this company ever again.

Stephen Burg and David Crough are amazing lawyers! My husband was injured in a motorcycle accident, through no fault of his own, and we were referred to their law firm to pursue a personal injury suit. They fought for us for almost four years to help us receive appropriate compensation. Our case finally ended in court as an appropriate settlement agreement could not be reached. The case this law firm put together was rock solid and we were awarded well above our expectations by the court, thanks to all the hard work Stephen and David put in to it. They are so compassionate, intelligent, and professional. It was a pleasure working with them through such a difficult and frustrating time.

Was good could work a little bit harder for us

I got hurt on the job. I fractured vertebra in my back . Now I live In pain red very day with permanent nerve damage and can hardly walk. With out the help of john connell and Marcela me and my family would have lost everything and been homeless. They always had me and my family best interest at heart. I would give them zero stars if I could. I had to continually harass them for 3 months for someone to get back to me. I had paralegals calling to get my intake information several times, but could not get them to actually give me a yes or no. After I finally let them know I was considering legal action against them for attorney negligence they responded right away and had the gall to try and tell me that they had let me know 3 separate times they were not taking my case. Strange how I cannot seem to find a single phone call, email or written letter stating that...
