I was charged with a DUI in March of 2021, and by May of 2021 my case was resolved and my charges were reduced to a DWAI. Nick Cummings, personally responded to my initial call on a weekend after I was charged and gave me very insightful information on how to keep my license and what steps I needed to complete in order to successfully manage my case. Nick informed me that I would need to proceed with the DMV as well as the criminal courts and that DUI's are handled in a very specific manner, prior to this phone call I had no clue how to proceed. Nick has guided me through the entire process from beginning to end and I could not be more pleased with his services as he has provided me with peace of mind through a very difficult time.
