I could not have found a better attorney for my son's case. I was referred to Nick Cummings by a trusted attorney friend who said Nick and Joe Petrone were the best attorneys for my problem. I was the victim of an attempted scam where someone claiming to be my son (and sounding exactly like him) called me saying he was in an auto accident and was being held in jail. "My son" said i would shortly receive a call from his public defender explaining bail, and I must send money quickly. I will spare the rest of the details, but Nick did a quick search and found no evidence of any accident, advised me to keep trying to contact my son, and agreed to meet me in a couple hours at his office. Above all else Nick told me not to send money. I was sitting in Nick's office when my son finally returned my call from work, completely oblivious to the scam. Thanks to Nick I was spared even more humiliation and loss. I will certainly seek Nick's counsel for any future issues. Thank you so much.
