I recently retained Haltzman Law Firm for representation for a Traffic Court matter. Matthew, our attorney for this matter, conducted himself in the utmost professional manner; he spoke clearly and confidently about the case. Within a few days, he had moved our court date. The day our case was to be heard, he had already spoken with the DA and had our charges reduced significantly. Matthew delivered on his promise to handle the matter in a quick and decisive way that would benefit us long-term. I highly recommend Matthew and his law firm! Like several others, I chose Matthew Haltzman based on his positive reviews. I was searching the internet in hopes of finding an attorney to help my grandson. I am very glad I found Matthew. I was expecting a receptionist to answer the phone and schedule an appointment. I was surprised Matthew answered and asked how he could help me. After explaining the situation Matthew got on it right then and there. He told me what he needed from me and I sent it right over. From that point he took the ball and ran with it. He negotiated a resolution that went beyond anything I could have imagined. We hope you never need a lawyer, but if you do look no further. Matthew Haltzman is the best, not just the best in town, but I would say the best in Colorado. He is extremely responsive, confident and his work is impeccable. After an accident we had no idea where to turn for the legal and insurance implications. I am sorry it took this long to make this review but Nick Cummings is honestly the BEST lawyer in Fort Collins, as is Joe. Nick was once a DA in Fort Collins that prosecuted some small driving charge i had, so of course i was a little biased. Then he started his firm with Joe I believe around 2017/2018 when I needed representation for my divorce and for some reason their name called to me from their very new Google Ad. I was his first (and last) family law case and Nick really did everything for me that he could. Even Joe helped out in moments when he could, unpaid. These lawyers are the best and I still value them as a part of my life. They changed things in my life for the better. I still think of how much you helped, nick and joe. Thank you SO much. ❤🙏

Anyone looking for an attorney could not possible go wrong with Mr. Haltzman. Mr. Haltzman secured my future, I cant thank him enough. Mathew supersedes any attorney I have had in the past. He is diligent, knowledgeable and precise, he works very hard with his clients would highly recommend.
