Nicholas Cummings and Sarah Kirk have played crucial roles in my life this year as I have navigated many unexpected changes. Without their genuine compassion, support, and extremely professional manner of handling business, I do not know where I would be right now. They have helped me in many ways, and I will be grateful for their help for the rest of my days! If ever you find yourself in a pickle like I did, these are the folks to call first.

Better off going with a public defender, Did the very minimum with my case and didn’t provide any assurance or support, wasn’t willing to take the case to trial in fear of losing, if your a first time offense just go with the public defender provided

He must work non-stop because he responded to questions within an hour even at 8pm on a Saturday. He was professional and really just a good person. He explained his steps and what my outcome was looking like. With only a month in advance to figure out my case and hopefully get the best result, he made sure to make that happen. Our son was facing jail time and needed a criminal attorney, but we lived in a different state. Mr. Haltzman told our son what he needed to do, got the 1st court date postponed so he could do it, then arranged with the D.A. to withdraw the charges with no 2nd court date and no jail time.
