Helped me get out of a bad pickle. Good service

I would not recommend Matthew. When I called him, he wouldn't give me any information about how he would handle my case. He wanted money up front to give me any details what so ever. Also, he wanted to charge me double what the lawyer who I ended up hiring was charging. The one detail he did give me was that it was very unlikely he would be able to get my charges dropped. Well, the lawyer who was half the price, did in fact get my charges dropped. Matthew may be a great lawyer, I don't know, but this was my experience.

Joe Petrone was a pleasure to work with. His office staff was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Joe was able to get my charges dropped completely and went above and beyond to handle every little aspect of the case while communicating everything to me and updating me frequently. I could not have been more impressed by Joe's diligence and professionalism. Also, he was much more affordable than all of the other attorneys I spoke with in Fort Collins and elsewhere in Colorado. My charges were very serious and would have serious implications on my future. Joe made it very clear from the beginning that he understood my concerns, and anytime he didn't have an answer to my question in detail, he always got back to me quickly. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I came to Joe pretty desperate for help with a road rage incident. The city attorney had offered me a less than desirable deal if I pled guilty. Joe quickly worked out a much more satisfactory deal with a plea to a lesser charge. Although these were minor charges, Joe understood that I did not want to be seen as a 'criminal' and after I finish the court mandated stipulations, I will be able to petition to have this case sealed so it doesn't show up on any criminal checks.
