I spoke with Mr. Doutt on 8/26/22 regarding an auto accident I was involved in (rear ended at a stoplight). I was not too sure what proper steps and/or other actions I am able to take regarding my ER visit. Mr. Doutt was very informative and gave me some tips as far as what the other drivers insurance company can, and able to cover. He was even honest with me about not hiring him because I would be able to handle it it on my own, and the settlement amount I would receive would not be worth it if I had to pay legal fees. Not all lawyers would say or do that, most will just say yes to the case and get their hands on whatever money they could. He covered all my questions, and did not seemed rush to get me off the phone like I experienced with the other law firms I contacted. I called other law firms and they never mentioned the tips/tricks of the trade Mr.Doutt did. I am extremely impressed!!! I will definitely hire him if need be.

They were very professional. They took the time to discover my personal needs, and then took care of them for me. I felt listened to, and like I was their most important client.
