I had an exceptional experience working with VanMeveren Law Group! I was represented by Troy and Amy which were compassionate, professional and tenacious throughout my 2+ year case. From the moment I walked in I was treated with the utmost respect. I believe there was no better team to have on my side. I had a severe incident with a 1500 lb. Steer out in Yuma, Colorado. After talking with many law offices on taking my case I settled with Karl at VanMevren Law Group. I truly believe that I picked the best firm. Karl worked diligently on my case. He and his assistant were constantly communicating with me with answers and actually visited my ranch to understand my way of making a living. Karl was aggressive but did it with much thought and concern for my well being. When the time came to negotiate a settlement he was successful in a professional manner. Tom was recommended by a friend if mine, who spoke very highly of him. I gave him a call. He responded quickly to my message. Gave me advice on how I needed to proceed ! He did not try to gouge me for a huge retainer, he just gave me the info I needed. I had to call him back a few more times, because I needed additional info. Karl made the frustrating experience as good as it could be. The other party wouldn't budge re liability, but Karl gathered evidence, and was eventually able to come to terms that covered my injuries, medical costs, and rehab. The whole process took > 1 year, and he was with me the whole way.

Although I did not end up with them becoming my lawyer, the time they spent with me was valuable and really mattered. It was only an initial consultation, (at no cost) but I was given advice, tools to proceed on my own, and the certainty that as I progressed on my own they would always be there if I needed. Never having had to seek a lawyer before, I was impressed by their level of concern, responsiveness, time and advice. I would definitely recommend based on my experience. Thanks VanMeveren!
