Mr.Bertrand and his office are the nicest most down to earth people you rarely come by these days. My first encounter with Mr.Bertrand was amazing he calmed all my nerves and made my head rest easy that I found a lawyer who can and will handle my case professionally and will fight for me as if we where at war together.
