Mr. Bertrand and his associates are nothing short of pathetic excuses for attorneys. Once you've retained them, they wait until a day before your hearing to research their client database for conflicts of interest and/or make totally false claims as to their status. They continuously screen calls, do not return messages or emails and don't have your best interests at heart if they believe they can't exploit the circumstances and play "big shot lawyer wannabes". I'd suggest steeering clear of this office and looking elsewhere for legal representation.

My personal experience with Nathan at the Bertrand law office offered no promise(s) other than attempting, to the best of his ability, to achieve the result I was seeking for my case. He was able to obtain that for me and receptive to my needs. Thank you

Andrew seems to be nice and trustworthy at first but after he gets his money he starts slacking. I can't speak for everyone, only myself. I was constantly having to wait for him at my hearings. Waste of my money.

Kind, compassionate, fabulous. Extremely reliable and stays in contact. Working with Nathan was a blessing as he took the time to get to know me and what happened, rather than looking at me like a paycheck. I was in an incredibly fragile state through the entirety of the case but this firm was a solid rock to lean on. I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended. 🌟

I had a DUI VOP with two new chargers that was 7 years old. They got me 2 years probation for my new charges and a revoke and dismiss on my DUI probation. Very very happy with their services and totally worth every cent I spent to retain them.
