Jeff was extremely professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I trusted him 100% every step of the way through a very difficult journey for our family. Used Jeff to defend and finally expunge a ridiculous charge against my child in school. Kid stuff blown way out of proportion. Jeff was attentive and straight up about the options available for our case and it was handled in a straightforward manner. He went the extra mile to get the expungement hearing done by phone as we were in transit on our way out of the country. I would highly recommend his services.

Jeff is an amazing lawyer. He cares so much about his clients whether they hire him or the count appoints him to represent them. Jeff will stay on top of your case, as he did mine. I never felt as if he did not have time to discuss all of the issues with me. And if I asked him to look into something for me, he did without hesitation. Mr. Schwartz is an excellent attorney. I was surprised that is the case being that he was a court appointed defense attorney. He always kept me informed as to what was coming up and why. He was never late. He used resources that I wasn't expecting for my case that really helped me out. He has always answered my questions. The case is pretty much over but when I asked why a certain court cost was not the lower amount it should have been he contacted the DA's office, explained our position and the DA agreed to lower the fee. My attorney immediately filed the motion and we are waiting on the judge. I know that it also helps that he gets along with everyone from the Judge to the DDA, to other attorneys. If I need a defense attorney in the future and can afford him, I will certainly hire Mr. Schwartz again.

I could say that I think the DA got nervous when she saw him in our case, giving the circumstances of our case and how the police managed our situation.
