My mother and I worked with Justin and Tara since 2018 and my parents divorced in 2020. It was a long process but Justin and Tara were quick to respond. There was never miscommunication and they always had a time to meet with my mother and I. The divorce process was way too long but that was out of their control, overall they did a good job.

Justin was extremely helpful to my brother's custody case. We hired him with short notice and he took our case on with no problem. Every report Justin wrote up to send to the other attorney was so professional and so detailed we felt so confident every time. He was honest with the fees and what we were up against. He also did everything in his power to avoid trial for us. He stayed late working with the opposing attorney to get a settlement drawn up. I have hired lawyers, I have hired lawyers who were once Judges, I have hired women, and I have hired men - young and old alike. Then there was "The Oliver Law Office". Justin Oliver and Joseph Williams were INTERESTED in my case, and that made the difference. If I had to make the decision all over again I'd still select Justin Oliver as the attorney to handle my divorce. He often answered my phone calls directly and also responded to my messages and emails very quickly, he thoroughly addressed every one of my concerns and questions along the way, and he always made me feel like he had everything under control. Justin has training and experience with domestic violence cases, as was mine. While he won't ever be able to understand firsthand the chaotic emotions and PTSD that come after experiencing an entire marriage of abuse, he did everything he could to respect how I experienced and struggled with some aspects of the process. Justin Oliver of Oliver Law was recommended to me by Crossroads Safehouse and they definitely got it right. Try him out too and you won't be disappointed.

During a very stressful situation Justin was professional and stayed on top of all the details so we could just focus on the well being of the kiddos. He was not the cheapest lawyer and by far was not the most expensive but he was worth every penny and frankly worth far more than the others involved in the case. No false promises, and actually achieved more than we anticipated. Prompt with returning calls or emails. I hope to never need to but I would absolutely hire Justin again.

I had a terrific experience from start to finish working with Justin Oliver to enforce my existing Permanent Orders. He is very intelligent, courteous, and professional. I went through divorce for 2 years and never had a good experience until I hired Justin Oliver. He will take the time to fully understand and evaluate your situation then implement a strategy for success. Cost can add up quickly (as even phone calls are billed) however it is worth every penny to have this young professional working on your behalf! My advice is to be concise and prepared going in and Justin will take great care of you.

Justin Oliver did exactly what he said he would in a more than timely manner. He made suggestions to make my case go easier for me. When I wanted to go a different direction than his advice he told me what could happen at the same time he supported my decision even though he didn't always agree with it. He isn't real pricey and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing family law.

Justin is a great attorney to have for those going through a divorce or custody battle. He helped me get through both and having the outcome that we did. I cant complain. I went through a bad 13 year marriage before hiring Mr. Oliver to end it, and fight for my kids. If I do need these services again I would use Mr. Oliver again. Justin Oliver did a great job with my case. He had very good ideas and was trying to save me my time and money. I would recommend him to anyone. I have no complaints. I tried doing everything on my own to save the money but it got too stressful, I defiantly am happy I made the decision to hire him.
