I wish I could give Mr smith more stars, Mr smith informed me of what counties he practices which didn’t include where I had a matter in. BUT regardless he still put his schedule aside and on the spot walked us through our problem we had and advised us. A lot of the lawyers we spoke too and hired should take a precessional lesson from Mr Smith, his compassion and empathy and knowledge of what we are facing helped us out so much. I highly would say Mr smith is the type of representation you want 100%

Will Breitigam is outstanding. His knowledge and dedication was unsurpassed. Will and Brittney were attentive and caring from beginning to end. You certainly want him standing beside you in any situation. He wouldn’t accept anything he thought to be unfair or unjust. A million thanks to you guys. Great that they will take your call on Saturdays but while asking for advice about my divorce the attorney said “I feel like I’m being punked”. Rude and unprofessional Message from the person I spoke with when I called: I apologize for saying something to you that caused you to hang up on me. After sending you a helpful email and genuinely trying to help answer your many questions (which I was happy to do), I said, ‘I feel like I am being plunked’ and started to explain to you why I said that in the same amicably way we were communicating before and before hanging up on me, you said you were ‘going to hire a new attorney’. I am also sorry that you had the impression that I was an attorney. Even after over 20 years working in the divorce business I am very careful about not giving people legal advice. My goal is to the community of Larimer County by educating people contemplating divorce with affordable and timely options but never legal advice. I hope you find your paradise

As opposing counsel in a recent contested divorce that was heading towards an expensive and messy trial, Culver came on as the new opposing counsel on the case as we were about to begin trial preparations. Although I hadn't had a case with him before, it was immediately apparent that Culver was smart, prepared and experienced. I came across The Law office of Stephen Vertucci after my previous lawyer of over a year had withdrawn from my case mid divorce, months away from the end date. I was immediately placed with Mr. Van Der Jagt and his paralegal Nicki. We were up against a very, very strict deadline and when i say these guys hit the ground running, they went hard! I am so very thankful for the hard work, attention to detail, and knowledge of ALL things divorce, custody, etc.

Ms. Scurlock was the rock I needed when everything I knew was in question. She is patient, experienced and brought such calmness to a turbulent time. We were able to protect my relationship with my child and I have been so pleased with her that sadly I have had to have her reenter to handle some remaining issues.
